3. Bookings and Walk-In Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your booking to avoid disruption to other clients.

We welcome walk-in clients at both our Brisbane and Melbourne locations. Walk-in services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to barber availability. Wait times may vary depending on how busy the shop is at the time of your visit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion, including in cases of inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with our in-store policies.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our Website and in-store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your service is the price displayed at the time of your appointment or walk-in visit.
